Anemia is a disease in which you do not have enough red blood cells. This disease can be temporary or long term and it can go from mild to severe. Furthermore, it can be a warning sign of serious illness. Some types of anemia can be prevented by eating a healthy, varied diet. The most common cause of anemia is iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency.
At first, anemia can be mild, but symptoms worsen as anemia worsens. Some signs of this disease are fatigue or weakness, pale skin, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, cold hands and feet and headache.
