Harmonized Environmental Health

The health of the environment affects our health as much as any other. It incorporates those environmental issues focused on the physical, chemical and biological factors. For this reason, the quality in the surroundings we are living in plays a very important role in our lives. There are lots of respiratory diseases closely linked with the pollution levels. Many more people are exposed, nowadays, to this polluted air beyond the healthy limit. On the other hand, pesticides that easily get into our bloodstream through the food we consume like fruits and vegetables, have a negative effect on our body and our immune system, disrupting our endocrine processes. One of the many issues is the polluted water that we consume and the lack of it too. Water is the most important thing for anyone on the planet and not having a source for drinking water  can have fatal causes in any of us.

Another thing to consider is the higher level of people getting sick by cancer and any cardiovascular illnesses. It is also something that will affect kids more and for this reason the solution is to decrease our carbon footprint in the planet, using more often public transport and saving power and water can be some of the many things we can do to save our planet, “a healthy environment is key to a good health”.
